Dispute Resolution

The Qiancheng Law Firm led by him has outstanding performance in traditional dispute resolution and has made useful contributions to the resolution of social conflicts and disputes and the preservation and enhancement of the value of state-owned assets. Since its establishment, Qiancheng has represented thousands of cases in various types of disputes with remarkable performance. Qiancheng has successful representation of "Zhang Wenzhong and Wumart series of cases" and "Yangzhou, Xu Ronghua coerced to transfer the equity of Muyang Group in the detention center".This two landmark cases are recognized as the "Supreme Court's three major cases related to property rights protection", Qiancheng has had a nationwide influence. In addition to this two landmark cases. Qiancheng also achieved the rare performance of "10 acquittals in the same year".

Major Achievements

As a litigation attorney practicing for more than 20 years, he has represented numerous cases with social impact and safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of the parties.

Selected Representative Cases :

1. Represented Zhang Wenzhong, the chairman of Wumart Group, in the case of suspected unit bribery and contract fraud. (Re-trial in the Supreme Court, through a strong and comprehensive defense, directly obtained the result of acquittal. The case attracted great attention and widespread response from the society, and realized a positive effect on the rule of law for the parties , the society and the country；)

2. Represented Konka Group, a subsidiary of OCT Group under the leadership of the SASAC, in a dispute over an engineering contract with Beijing Pangu Investment Inc.（winning all cases in the first instance, the second instance, the re-trial and the execution in a difficult and extremely complicated situation, and comprehensively safeguarding the security of state-owned assets）.

3. Represented China Railway 16th Bureau Group Construction Limited and Chongqing Special Steel Group in a dispute over the execution of the case.  (One enforceable piece of land was investigated and screened from among the 110 seized pieces of land in the past three years.Successful auction of land in the case of land housing and land license separation. Realized the execution purpose of parties, fully safeguard the rights and interests of state-owned assets;)

4. Represented Henan Hongguang Tiandi Industrial Company in an administrative litigation with Zhengzhou Economic Development Zone and Zhengzhou Municipal Government over the resumption of land use rights. (As the attorney for Hongguang Tiandi in the second instance of the Supreme Court, the company succeeded in revoking the decisions made by the Management Committee and the Zhengzhou Municipal Government to recover the land use rights of Hongguang  Tiandi's one hundred acres of construction land, thus fully realizing the goals of the commission.)

He led the Qiancheng Law Firm in the field of innovative pro bono to do a lot of useful attempts, and achieved some practical results. Qiancheng focus on the following “Innovative Pro Bono" project:

1. He established the "Attorney Pro Bono Time Pool System". He encouraged attorney to take the initiative to donate more than 1,000 hours of pro bono time for daily pro bono projects.

2. He established the “Bangying Diversified Dispute Resolution Digital Intelligence Platform" and co-found the "Chaoyang Net Debt" online dispute resolution system with Chaoyang District, Beijing. It provide high-quality services for online dispute resolution, and received widely praise at all levels.

3. He established the "Chaoyang Prepaid Dispute Resolution Platform" was built to contribute to solving the frequent problems in prepaid consumption.

4. He jointly established “Bangying Dispute Resolution Special Fund" with the "Jinghua Public Welfare Foundation". And funded 3.33 million RMB for jointly set up the "Dispute Resolution Intelligent Research Center" with the People's Public Security University of China. This is beneficial to the modernization of social governance capacity. And it was also selected as one of the "Top Ten Typical Cases of Attorney's Innovative Pro Bono Approach".

5. He set up the "Digital Intelligence Fengqiao Research Institute" to implement the "Digital Intelligence Fengqiao Blockchain Governance Application" project, a major project in Zhejiang Province. This will play a predictive and early warning role for the source of social disputes and promote the modernization governance capacity and grass-roots social governance.

6. He and "Jinghua public welfare foundation" jointly established "Qiancheng legal innovation special fund". And contributed 6.22 million RMB for organizing "China New Generation Attorneys Forum and China New Generation Attorneys Research Project" with China University of Political Science and Law and other colleges and universities.

7. He and "Junhe Innovation Public Welfare Foundation" jointly launched the public welfare innovation communication platform CC Forum, won the "Top Ten National IP Special Award for Public Welfare Promotion".

He has participated in the editing of four academic works and has in-depth research and understanding of the legal industry.
