Mr. Jiang has been working in the Beijing court department for a long time. He was the vice president of the trial division, a trial judge, and a member of the Judges' Self-Regulation Committee on Case Quality. During his career in the court, he has concluded more than 2,000 civil and commercial cases, including a large number of foreign-related cases, sensitive cases, and difficult and complex cases, and the cases he has handled have been selected for inclusion in the China Trial Cases Digest, and he has received numerous awards for meritorious service.
